Difference Between Early Decision and Early Action

Many students are not sure what the difference is between early decision and early action and the pros and cons. Read collegeboard's and NCAC's articles to get a better idea and see your counselor if you are still unsure which option you should choose.

Early Decision vs Early Action

College of St. Elizabeth Instant Decision at WHS

The College of St. Elizabeth will be having an Instant Decision Day. Below is the criteria to be considered. If you are interested, you must sign up with your guidance counselor by January 18th.

- Students fill out the application in person
- No application fee
- Min. 2.5 GPA
- Min. 900 on the new SAT score (on the new scale)
- Two letters of recommendation
- Personal statement or essay

Seton Hall Instant Decision Day at WHS

On January 24th Seton Hall is having an Instant Decision Day. Below is the criteria to be considered. If you are interested, you must sign up with your guidance counselor.

3.0 GPA

1120 SAT (new ERW+Math) Or ACT 23
